PROFILE

Me Sitoianu practices exclusively in criminal and penal law. She represents clients before the municipal courts, the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal of Quebec.

Since her admission to the Quebec Bar, Me Sitoianu has been involved in a variety of cases related to firearm offenses, traffic violations and drinking and driving offences, crimes against the person, including sexual assaults and murders, as well as white-collar crimes. She has also gained extensive experience in jury trials and lengthy proceedings.

Me Sitoianu has served on the board of directors of Communitas, a non-profit organization dedicated to the reintegration of former offenders. Additionally, she has been involved with the McGill Innocence Project and Innocence Canada.
