PROFILE

Me Sitoianu practices exclusively in criminal and penal law. She represents clients before the municipal courts, the Court of Quebec, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal of Quebec.

Since her admission to the Quebec Bar, she has been involved in a wide range of cases involving driving-related offenses, firearms-related charges, crimes against the person (including sexual assault) and of white-collar crimes.

She currently sits on the board of directors of Communitas, a non-profit organization dedicated to the reintegration of ex-offenders, and is involved in the McGill Innocence Project and Innocence Canada.
