Practicing criminal, penal and disciplinary law for more than 40 years, Mr. Massicotte has built a reputation as an experienced litigator before all courts in the province, both at first instance and on appeal. The Quebec Bar recently awarded him the distinction of Emeritus Lawyer (Ad.E).
Having invested for more than 20 years in the defense of companies and individuals accused in the field of economic offenses, Me Massicotte has made his mark in areas as specialized as criminal taxation, fraud, law of competition as well as accusations of breach of trust and corruption, an area currently in full bloom.
